About Deadhang Labor

Who We Are

Deadhang Labor LLC is a Phoenix-based live event production labor company founded by Aaron Bowman — a field-trained stagehand and production professional with experience across arenas, stadiums, outdoor festivals, and corporate events throughout the United States.

Aaron entered the live event industry through hands-on field work and built his skills from the ground up — learning staging, structures, audio, video, lighting, and show operations by doing the work, not just studying it. Over two-plus years he has worked alongside production companies including Rhino Staging, Crew One, Upstage Productions, and Norton National on productions ranging from local corporate events to nationally recognized festivals.

Field Experience

Structural work includes ground support builds for G2, Tait, and PGP Blue Steel systems, Layher scaffolding stages, and large-scale video wall integration. Aaron has supported show calls as assigned, including spotlight positions, load-in and load-out operations at major venues including Mortgage Matchup Center and State Farm Stadium, and out-of-state festival work in Michigan, Ohio, Virginia, Florida, and California.

Festival credits include Electric Forest, Lost Lands, Country Thunder, Innings Festival, Hondo Rodeo Fest, and Reggae Rise Up among others.

How Aaron Works

Aaron doesn't show up to make the show about himself. He shows up because someone with a plan needs hands that follow it — reliably, safely, and without drama. He asks questions when he needs answers, works hard when the work is in front of him, and genuinely enjoys the culture of this industry: the travel, the builds, the crews, and the shows.

He's not the loudest voice on a call. He's one of the ones still working when others have stopped.

His learning is ongoing by design. He approaches every gig as an opportunity to add to what he knows — because in live production, the day you think you know everything is the day you become a liability.

What Deadhang Labor Is Building Toward

Deadhang Labor LLC exists today as a professional labor contractor for live events. The longer vision is a full crew services company — small, specialized teams of trained field workers deployable to festivals and events nationwide. Not bodies to fill a headcount. Crews that know the work.

That vision is being built the right way: from the field up, one gig at a time, with real work and documented experience behind every claim made.
